Our process starts with a personal consultation, over the phone, by email or by visiting the office based in Barsha in Dubai UAE.
You can view the existing designs to get an idea of the finish, format and the ideas we have previously created for our brides. Most brides like to go for an existing design and add their own touch on it such as changing colors, or changing style of illustration or calligraphy. You can opt for that or we can create together a new design. The latter would require a longer period to create and a bigger budget. You can share with us your wedding mood board created by you or your wedding planner as a starting point.
Below is a typical process:
Step 1: Contact us
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a note about your event, the date, the location, theme and number of invitations you require. You can send a photo/moodboard that you think represents best your wedding. We will send you some details about your inquiry and schedule an appointment if you are interested.
Step 2: Consultation & Quotation
Once we have discussed together your order through the appointment, you will receive a quotation based on the options discussed.If you decide to place an order with “Design by Louma”, we require a 60% deposit before commencing design work.
Step 3: Design process
After the placement of your order, you will receive two design concepts via email. You will have the opportunity to share your comments, pick one design & finalize details after 1 round of revision.
Step 4: Printing & production
Once your design is finalized, a digital proof will be emailed to you for final approval before going to print and production. Full payment is required before full printing production.
Step 5: Delivery
Your order will be printed and ready for pick up or delivery to you in Dubai. International shipping is available for an extra charge.
